What to include
Provide the Order number or account phone/e-mail and briefly describe the issue. Do not send a password, SMS code, CVC or full card number. ASAR staff should never request them.
Consumer rights
If the issue is not resolved, a consumer may contact the Consumer Protection Committee of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan, a pre-trial consumer-dispute settlement body or a court. This page does not restrict those rights.
