1. Consent
I, an ASAR Market User identified by my account details and recorded consent action, consent under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ТОО «Нурсат Темир», BIN 050140011106, collecting and processing the personal data listed below.
Consent is given through a separate checkbox that is not pre-selected and a continue action. The system records the date and time, User identifier, language and version, consent content and technical evidence of the action.
2. Data list
- name, phone, e-mail, account ID and an avatar if uploaded;
- delivery address and instructions, Recipient information;
- content, amount, status and history of Orders, returns and requests;
- payment method, amount, status and transaction ID, without the full card number or CVC;
- IP address, device data, App version, push token, authentication and security logs;
- other information I voluntarily include in a comment or request.
3. Operations and purposes
Consent covers collection, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, use, transfer to named processors, de-identification, blocking and destruction.
Purposes: registration and authentication; Orders, payment, delivery, pickup and returns; support and complaints; security and fraud prevention; accounting, tax and other legal duties. Marketing is not part of this required consent.
4. Recipients and transfers
Only as necessary, data may be sent to payment organisations, delivery services, infrastructure, authentication and messaging providers, advisers and authorities where law requires.

5. Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the purposes are achieved, the account is deleted or consent is validly withdrawn, subject to mandatory record-retention periods and outstanding obligations. Withdraw through a verified account or by e-mailing info@nurtaugroup.kz.
Withdrawal may prevent account use or fulfilment of an unfinished Order. It does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or require destruction of records that law requires us to retain.

7. Separate optional marketing consent
“I want to receive ASAR Market news, promotions and personalised offers by push, SMS and/or e-mail. This is optional and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting Orders or service messages.”
Prefer separate channel choices. The marketing checkbox must not be required for registration or purchase and must not be pre-selected.
